2024 Wisconsin State Midrange F-Class Championship

Firing will commence promptly at 9:00 AM. Registration closes at 8:30 AM each day. The match will be fired on ShotMarker electronic targets.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to anyone.
LOCATION OF RANGE: The match will be held at the Racine County Line Rifle Club, which is located in Caledonia, WI, north of 6 Mile Road on Michna Road. See the link at the bottom of this document for a map.
MATCH FEE: Registration fee is $75.00 for both days. For pre-registration. you may register at racinecountylinerifleclub.com or by e-mailing the forms to gcoyle441@gmail.com and paying by check or cash at the range. Make checks payable to RCLRC. Pre-registration is encouraged but not required. At the time of the match, fees are payable in cash or by check only. Pre-registrations will be confirmed by email. In-person entries will be accepted to range capacity on the day of the match. Registration closes at 5:00 pm September 19, 2024. Cancellations will be accepted until 48 hours prior to the match.
TEAM MATCH FEE: Match fee for team match is $30 per team, payable in cash on the day of the first team match. Teams may register in advance using the team registration form attached, but payment will not be accepted until the day of the match.
ENTRIES: Entries will be limited to seventy-two (72) competitors. F Open and F Target Rifle may fire concurrently on each relay. Each Competitor will be required to score while another relay fires. The electronic target shot values will be used, but the scorers must record each shot on a paper scorecard, which when signed becomes the official document.
RULES: Current NRA rules for F-Class competition will govern this match. Verified alibi re-fires will be allowed. Electronic target failures could require a competitor to change firing points during a match. Additional time and sighters will be allowed.
In the interest of safety, any shooter who is unable to register a hit in the scoring rings within the first three sighters will be disqualified and asked to leave the firing line for that match.
CHALLENGES: There will be no challenges for shot value, electronic target values are final. Challenges to a scorecard must be accompanied by a screenshot of the completed electronic target. A challenge fee of $10.00 will be charged if the challenge is unsuccessful. The time limit will be ten (10) minutes after scores are posted.
CLASSIFICATION: The NRA classification system will be used. Unclassified competitors will fire in the Master class. Competitors must present evidence of classification. Any class with fewer than 5 entries will be combined with the next higher class. If there are fewer than 5 Masters or High Masters, they will compete for match winner only.
FACILITIES: (20) firing points. The 600 yard line is a grass berm. Targets are electronic. Concessions will be available behind the firing line.
Motel accommodations are available in Sturtevant, about 10 miles southeast of the range. Hotels are available in Racine. Hotels are available in Kenosha.

AWARDS CEREMONY AND LUNCHEON
Awards Ceremony and luncheon will be held approximately 60 minutes after the conclusion of firing of all matches on Sunday.

CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS
MATCH 10 Winner must be a member of WISCONSIN FIREARM OWNERS. Their names will be recorded on the permanent
WISCONSIN FIREARM OWNERS State F-Open and F-TR Championship, respectively. Winners will also receive individual
plaque.
MATCH 11 Winning teams in F-Open and F-TR will have their names recorded on the permanent
WISCONSIN FIREARM OWNERS State F-Open and F-TR Team Championship trophies, respective. Winning team will also
receive a team plaque.
INDIVIDUAL AWARDS *
Medals and trophies will be awarded. Award groups must contain a minimum of 5 competitors or they will
be combined with the next higher award group per policy. Second place will be awarded if the group
consists of at least 8 competitors, and 3rd place will be awarded if the group consists of at least 10
competitors.
